3. Eligibility Requirements

4.2 Account Verification

ji168 Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification (bank statements, e-wallet screenshots). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. 4.3 Username and Password Security

12.2 Dormant Accounts
